Cole in Tampa, providing valuable exposure to the financial services industry and cross-functional collaboration.

She is also an active member of Phi Beta Lambda, the university’s professional business fraternity, reflecting her dedication to teamwork and continuous growth.
Now based in Tampa, Jessica embraces the Florida lifestyle. Outside of work, she is active in her church community, enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing, and hosts her podcast, Disciplined Habits, focusing on personal development and spiritual growth. At J.
